We built an AI voice agent for a Southern California auto dealership — understanding customer intent, looking up their vehicle, and creating service appointments without a human ever picking up.
As the technical builders and advisors on this project, we delivered the working integration that earned our partner Leadstream.ai their Cox Automotive certification — designing the architecture, building the proxy API, and answering every technical question Cox put to the team.
Once the agent has the customer details, we transform the payload into the STAR 5.5.4 XML standard and email it straight to the dealership, where it drops cleanly into their existing CRM — no manual re-entry, no broken handoffs.
